Do we have to choose one service area?

No. Most engagements span two or three areas — an AI use case usually needs automation around it, and a custom tool usually needs training. We scope what's actually useful, not what fits a service catalogue.

How do you charge?

Either fixed-price per delivery (AI Automation Check, pilot workflow, training day) or as a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. Price on request — depends on scope and team size.

Can we use our existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM, your ERP — we use what you already pay for wherever it can carry the workflow.

Question 4

Where is the data hosted?

Accepted Answer

EU only, by default. Frankfurt or other EU regions. AVV (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) signed before any engagement that touches customer data.

Question 5

Do you build from scratch or use platforms?

Accepted Answer

Both — wherever Power Automate, Make or n8n can do the job, we use them. Where they can't, we build small Python services, Next.js tools or custom integrations.
